Leaders are charged with the responsibility of establishing or maintaining company cultures that accepts people for whom they are, transparently informs staff about company policies and processes, holds staff accountable for their work, and empowers them to be their best versions of themselves. When leaders do this, companies thrive.

However, even exceptional leaders that have done a good job of establishing an inclusive and healthy workplace culture find it challenging to maintain that environment as the company grows and the workforce churns. When companies actively diversify their workforce with underrepresented staff, it becomes necessary for their workplace to adjust to allow new additions to have a safe and comfortable work environment.

Workplace Changeexists solely to help companies assess their workplace culture, creatively resolve identified workplace challenges, recruit underrepresented executives and staff, and retain high quality employees in an inclusive, positive, and high functioning work environment.

If you have allowed your company’s culture to creep away from you, it’s not too late to regain control of it. If you feel like your workforce is misaligned given your goals or mission, you are probably correct and it should be addressed. If you’ve tried with little or no success to recruit and retain a diverse workforce, don’t give up, Workplace Change can help!

Culture can always be altered, practices can always be refined, and work reassigned; it just takes time, patience and intentionality. Allow Workplace Change to help you achieve your business goals through optimizing your human capital and refining your workplace practices.

Assess the Environment

If you want to get the best from your workforce, ask them how they feel about their workplace and then act on the important and consistent complaints. Do you have a work ecosystem that is inclusive to all? Are there certain groups of people that feel unheard, or undervalued in your organization? Do you have a low or high workforce attrition rate? Are employees frustrated by your benefits, policies, or procedures? Do people love your work environment? These are things you need to know; and an impartial, third party is the best resources to help you find out!

From workforce optimization (are your employees being used efficiently and effectively), to workplace culture assessments (why are your employees jumping ship), and everything in between, Workplace Change will assess your company for a variety of purposes and make recommendations to resolve challenges and capitalize on successes!

Press Forward

This is where change lives. If you know where your workplace/workforce challenges are, press forward on resolving those issues. If you know you are not getting diverse candidates, we can create a new strategy and system for accountability and press forward. If you’ve had a departmental assessment completed with recommendations, let’s press forward by activating on those plans.

If Workplace Change completes your assessment, we can work with you to implemented our recommendations. If another company or team member completed your assessment and offered recommendations, and you don’t know where to begin, Workplace Changewill help you get the work started. It’s incredibly important to activate on the necessary workplace changes you’ve identified and Workplace Change can help!

Recruit and Train

If you are interested in diversifying your workforce, and you’ve assessed your workplace environment to determine where challenges are, you’ve pressed forward on resolving identified challenges, now it’s time to recruit a diverse and highly talented workforce that is going to maintain the changes your company has undergone.

Workplace Change can recruit for you, train your current staff on diversity recruitment best practices, or design diversity recruitment strategies for you. We have successfully diversified large and small companies with underrepresented employees. We can do the same for you!
